Our 3D puzzle pieces are made of foam-backed pieces laminated with paper.

This construction is soft on hands and the jigsaw pieces are easy to handle, so puzzlers can enjoy them for hours on end!

The red dots are a by-product of the manufacturing process. Even though we do our best to optimize each sheet of foam, there are still little spaces between the pieces, and we mark them with red dots.

So, red-dotted pieces aren’t part of your puzzle. You can sort them out, but hang on to them until you’ve completely finished your puzzle—just on the off-chance that a good piece got mixed with them!

Our small team of industrial designers, illustrators, graphic designers and all-around puzzle enthusiasts work collaboratively to play with ideas. Like a family around a pile of puzzle pieces, we sort and assemble, pulling out the best ideas for our fans, the market and the trends of the moment.

Once we’ve chosen one (or two or three!) ideas, our designer makes a 3D prototype and the team gets puzzling! (Pinch me! Did somebody say dream job?) Is the new puzzle beautiful? Easy to assemble? A match for your puzzling talent? If not, back to the drawing board!

Once we’ve got a fantastic prototype, we send it to manufacturing. And oh, that’s in our backroom! Yep, we do everything (like everything) in our Montréal, Canada facilities. This proximity means we all keep a tight hand on the quality, which is easy when designers and production liners talk about it over lunch.

Printed, glued, cut, controlled for quality and boxed, our puzzles are shipped just-in-time to distributors, stores and 3D puzzle enthusiasts around the world.

We keep a lot of pieces on hand to
make sure you can finish your masterpiece (that part is important to us)!

Before you contact Wrebbit for a replacement though, here’s what you should do:

Look everywhere! No, we mean everywhere (and believe us, we’ve seen it all: in the hamper, under the bed, in the dog dish, you name it! Just look, okay?).

Check all the red-dotted pieces, the ones you set aside in the sorting stage (the missing piece may be stuck to one!).

What about the cardboard folds in the puzzle box? Did you look there?

Still no luck? Head over to the Resources page and follow the steps. Our customer service will happily send you a replacement piece. Better yet, it’ll be free of charge and arrive very soon (normally in about 2 to 4 weeks).

Our puzzle boxes are made from recycled cardboard and we choose not to over-package our products.
That’s why our boxes of brand-new 3D puzzles come securely sealed with clear labels and no shrink wrap anywhere.

No, your 3D jigsaw puzzle is not used.

All brand new 3D puzzles with their foam-backed pieces come out of the manufacturing process directly in the box without any plastic bag. That's intentional, as we want to do our part and remove as much plastic as we can.

To ensure you are buying a new Wrebbit3D puzzle, check the sides of your box. You should see clear sticker seals on both sides securing the box.

No glue. None! (No, really!)

Our durable and resistant puzzles are made of thick, sturdy foam-backed pieces. Wrebbit 3D puzzle pieces fit snuggly—and stay!—together all on their own. All you’ll need is just a little “grey matter” to put your puzzle together, no glue, tape or anything else.

Dust and dirt happen, for sure! Gently wipe down your
assembled puzzle with a dry cloth or duster to keep it looking sharp.

Don’t ever use a cleaning product or wet cloth, which would damage your 3D puzzle’s illustrated surface.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
